Reasons of the Changes

This factory has been producing barcode printers but due to the evolution of RFID, SATO would like to re-position itself in the Auto Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) industry by offering a broader product range which includes RFID in addition to barcoding solutions. |

|
This factory produces Hand Labellers as one of its main products. Thus, with the new name, it gives a clearer picture about what the factory’s product line is. The effective date for this change of name is 1 October 2004. |
